Regional Director of Operations Requirements and Qualifications Include:
- More than three years of experience as a Regional Director of Operations overseeing more than four upscale or fine dining restaurant that averages more than $20-million per location annually.
- Proven success and strong tenure of progressive experience in upscale or fine dining front-of-house operations.
- Strong leader and mentor with proven ability to manage leaders and promote from within.
- Expert financial acumen demonstrating best practices and strategies to drive profitability.
- Excellent communicator with people-centric attitude with the ability to foster customer loyalty and empower teams.
- Strategic thinker who solves problems and drives results with team buy in and collaboration.
- Flexible and adaptable attitude, willing to do what it takes to drive team and business success.
- Ability to drive and commute to assigned locations and corporate headquarters as needed.
