What You’ll Do
As an Upscale restaurant Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic front-of-house team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Deliver top-tier service while maintaining the sophistication and excellence of an upscale dining experience.
- Oversee scheduling, training, and professional development of staff.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the kitchen team to ensure exceptional service flow.
- Manage daily operations, including guest relations, to deliver memorable experiences.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance.

- Proven experience in high-volume, upscale restaurant or hospitality management.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
