Area Manager Responsibilities
- Team development and mentorship: Be present, share knowledge, and grow your team
- Mechanical knowledge or strong interest preferred but not required
- 4+ years as a Director of Operations or Regional Manager CURRENT experience (5+ locations preferred) in either the hospitality/food industry (preferably fast food/fast casual) or automotive industry (car wash, retail, etc.), with strong tenures of no more than 2 jobs in 10 years
- Ability to lead from the field and desire to be in the field; this is a very hands-on leadership role. Requires daily visits and significant time on-site.
- Business Financial acumen required; Multiunit Profit and Loss and budgeting experience required
- Must be a Passionate service-oriented leader; proven experience driving sales through Customer Service
- Drive business performance by coaching, mentoring, and managing employee performance; while supporting service center managers to do the same. This includes planning, tracking, and evaluating outcomes, as well as implementing and upholding systems, policies, and procedures
- Proven leadership in conveying goals, objectives, and core values, ensuring every team member at every level understands how their contributions impact the business daily
- Confident solutions-oriented decision maker with strong follow-through and results
