Are you a results-driven sales professional with experience in Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, or Building Materials? We’re looking for a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to drive business growth by building strong relationships with existing customers and attracting new clients. In this role, you'll promote our products, provide technical support, and conduct training sessions within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry partners to drive sales.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts while promoting products and managing sales activities effectively.
- Provide technical support and conduct training sessions for new and existing customers.
- Create compelling proposals and pricing models aligned with company goals.
- Manage schedules efficiently to optimize customer engagement.
- Lead account planning efforts to meet revenue, product mix, and profitability objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market insights to improve sales strategies.
- Utilize and maintain proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications.
- Maintain high-quality standards by following procedures and proactively addressing issues.
- Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with our current and future clients in the Greater Boston area
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven sales and customer service skills with a results-driven mindset
- A self-driven individual, who will make things happen, not wait for things to happen
- Preferred background in Plumbing, Heating, HVAC, OR Building Materials.
