Family owned Civil construction company is looking for a highly skilled, detail orientated project manager to guide exciting jobs to completion. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for the overall success of each project, including ensuring customer satisfaction and controlling the timelines, costs, and quality.

Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
- Extensive Knowledge of Heavy Civil construction projects
- Big Picture understanding of navigating Profit and loss and risk mitigation
- Understand the local market and have the ability to communicate to everyone involved in a project.
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or other similar role and scope
- 4 Year degree in construction related field (Construction Management, Building Science or Civil Engineer)
- Experienced in the use of View Point and B2W software to extract and provide job cost analysis, project information and produce related reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and related software.
