We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee food production, ensuring high-quality standards, cost control, and guest satisfaction in an upscale restaurant environment. This role includes supervising kitchen staff, enforcing sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with the front-of-house team.

Upscale Executive Chef Requirements/Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years of culinary experience with supervisory duties in upscale, full-service restaurant environments
- Advanced cooking skills in a variety of cuisines
- Expert knowledge of sanitation regulations
- Manage daily kitchen operations & control food/labor costs
- Train & develop kitchen staff, conducting performance reviews
- Handle guest concerns & maintain high service standards
