Our client is looking for a Sr. Level Environmental Engineer/Associate in Northern CA to join their growing team. The position is directly responsible for the preparation of plans and implementation of permits related to site assessments and investigations, inspections for industrial and construction projects, and field programs. The role will include data interpretation, report preparation, project management, marketing, regulatory agency interaction, and staff direction.
Sr. Level Environmental Engineer/Associate Benefits:

Sr. Level Environmental Engineer/Associate responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and cross-functional teams to manage environmental projects including schedules, budgets, and reporting
- Develop work plan & proposals environmental projects supporting land use and corrective actions
- Conduct studies and prepare study-level reports
- Inspect and evaluate industrial and municipal facilities programs to assess their compliance with environmental regulations
- Interact with third party and regulatory agencies to ensure contract and federal, state and local compliance
- Assume project and client marketing responsibilities within areas of expertise and help develop client base
Sr. Level Environmental Engineer/Associate requirements:
- One of these licenses: Professional Licensing PE or PG or Certification (QSD/TOR/REA) registration in California
- B.S. or B.A. in Environmental Studies/Geology/Engineering
- At least 8 years of experience in environmental compliance in California
- Active CA driver's license
Preferred:
- 40-hr. OSHA HAZMAT certification
- Phase I ESA and stormwater experience
