Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AGM/GM experience in an upscale, scratch kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for delivering top-notch hospitality
- P&L Knowledgeable
- Commitment to professional and personal growth
- Hands-on, team-oriented, and a problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities:
- Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee daily operations to ensure excellence in service and food quality
- Support financial performance, including sales growth and cost control
- Maintain high standards in cleanliness, safety, and compliance
