Facilities Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Facilities Manager
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections for all store levels
- Manage relationship with outside vendors including contractors and service providers
- Assist with managing budget and inventory of equipment for store level maintenance
Facilties Coordinator Requirements:
- BA in Facilities Management, Busines Administration
- Certification in facilities management
- Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively
- At least 2+ yrs in facilities coordination
