Culinary Manager- What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing kitchen team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
- Ensure exceptional food quality and consistency, with a hands-on approach to cooking and execution.
- Develop and mentor your team, building a strong talent pipeline for future leadership.
- Maintain the highest food safety and health standards, ensuring compliance across all operations.
- Drive efficiency and performance in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.
- Bring creativity and leadership to the kitchen, helping to evolve and enhance the menu.
Culinary Manager – What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager in a full-service restaurant.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams, creating a positive and results-driven culture.
- Passion for food and a deep understanding of high-volume kitchen operations.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Experience opening new restaurants is a plus!
