We are seeking a Chef de Cuisine for a Michelin Star dining group known for exceptional service and innovative culinary experiences.
CDC Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of our kitchen operations.
- Lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to foster a collaborative and high-performing team.
- Manage staffing levels and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Design innovative and seasonal menus that reflect our brand and cater to diverse tastes.
- Incorporate local and international influences while emphasizing fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Develop and manage kitchen budgets, including food and labor costs.
- Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures without compromising quality.
CDC Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of culinary experience, including 3+ years in a CDC or leadership role in a Michelin-starred restaurant.
- Expertise in international cuisine and fine dining establishments.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, inventory control, and budget management.
- Proven ability to create customized dining experiences and develop standout menus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
