Full-Service Restaurant Manager – Join Our Growing Hospitality Group!
We are a dynamic and expanding hospitality group looking for a professional, high-energy Full-Service Restaurant Manager to join our team! If you’re passionate about hospitality and have strong financial acumen, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who excels in training, development, and guest experience.
📍 Location: Utica, NY
💰 Relocation expenses covered by the employer
Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently communicate information across all teams
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Detail-oriented with a true passion for hospitality
- Partner with the BOH team to oversee seamless service execution
- Create exceptional guest experiences while clearly defining FOH and BOH expectations
- Coach, train, and develop FOH employees to uphold service and operational standards
- Contribute to team success by leading with integrity and accountability
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Full-Service Restaurant Manager – No job hoppers
- Experience in high-volume operations ($4M+ in annual revenue)
- Strong leadership qualities: approachable, team-oriented, hands-on, and results-driven
- Proven ability to set, maintain, and exceed operational standards while fostering strong relationships
