Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee guests, staff, and resolve issues in a courteous manner
- Assist in the FOH with steps of service and the overall guest experience
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation at all times
- Effectively manage P&L to drive profits
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs based on current trends
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Full Service General Manager Experience of at least 2+ years
- Experience with BOH operations is a must
- Strong history of upward growth in a career
- Great leadership and team development capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on and leads by example
