Service Manager Requirements and Responsibilities
- Must be flexible with schedule (Available Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
- Minimum of one year as a Lead Technician or Service Manager within a bike store is a plus!
- Oversee service workflow, ensuring timely repairs and quality control
- Act as the primary service advisor, guiding customers and recommending solutions
- Train and mentor service staff to enhance performance and technical skills
- Manage service department financials, including budgeting and revenue goals
