General Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $55,000 – $58,000, plus the opportunity to earn performance bonuses up to 1% of store sales (average $15,000 bonus per year).

General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily functions.
- Hire, train, and mentor staff to enhance team performance and retention.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring every guest receives top-tier service.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and strategize to meet revenue goals.
- Enforce health, safety, and food quality regulations to maintain high standards.
- Oversee ordering, stock levels, and supplier relationships to ensure efficiency.
- Quickly address challenges and implement proactive solutions to improve restaurant operations.
- Track key performance indicators and optimize processes for sustained growth.
General Manager Qualifications:
- Passionate about leading by example and inspiring a team.
- Works effectively in a fast-paced environment while fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to engage with staff and customers alike.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and legally work in the U.S. A valid driver’s license is also required.
- Two or more years of restaurant experience, particularly in leadership roles. ServSafe certification is a plus but not required.
