New Restaurant Opening Project Manager

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare clear and concise documents including strategy briefs, KPIs, reports
- Coordinates Site Submittal Package reviews and Site Plan reviews
- Coordinates Exterior Signage Package reviews and approvals
- Coordinates Preferred Vendors, FF&E Master Lists, OS&E Master Lists (equipment, fixtures, signage, supply chain), constantly identifying cost and quality improvements for Sweet Paris build out
- Coordinates construction document reviews and approvals.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in project management, commercial construction management, purchasing or restaurant management.
- 2–4 years of opening project management experience in the restaurant franchising industry, with a solid understanding of project management tools
- Prior experience managing standardized furnishings, equipment and supplies lists, and research, identify, compare and propose improved quality and cost products to enhance brand standards while reducing new restaurant opening costs.
- Understanding of commercial real estate negotiation and commercial lease agreements, architectural and mechanical plans, food service equipment and restaurant design.
- Detail oriented, organized, self-starter with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Fast learner with a strategic, results driven mindset and a desire to grow
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, a huge plus
