Now accepting applications for an experienced Retail & Warehouse Manager who can cover multiple locations across Rhode Island and Massachusetts. This role will work with existing Branch Managers to direct and coordinates activities of the branch including but not limited to sales, warehouse, delivery, and overall P&L responsibility.

Retail & Warehouse Manager Requirements:
- 4+ years management experience
- Degree in management, preferred
- Ability and desire to work a rotating schedule to include some Saturdays
- Ability and desire to travel to regional locations, as needed
- Deep understanding of plumbing, HVAC and heating
- Commercial warehouse inventory management expertise, including coordinating with vendors to maintain adequate and accurate product levels at all times
- Proven ability to comprehensively analyze P&L statement
- Comfortability with personnel development including annual reviews, hiring, training, and discipline for the warehouse, sales and transportation departments
- Experience ensuring efficient workflows, minimizing operating costs, and maintaining high service levels for both internal and external customers
- Valid driver's license in good standing
