Responsibilities:
- Craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas using our custom wood-burning oven.
- Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including handmade pastas and other specialties.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including occasional front-of-house duties.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials.
Qualifications:
- 5 Year experience making Pizza
- Must be able to assist in helping customers when busy
- Proven experience as a pizzaiolo or in a similar culinary role, with a strong focus on pizza making.
- Familiarity with traditional Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience.
