Growing Tavern group is looking for a Bar Manager with bar knowledge and high-volume bartending experience. If you are looking to join a family in a fun atmosphere, this is the right place. Bar Manager Requirements
- Must have an open schedule and be willing to work bar hours
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of leadership experience
- Upbeat and fun personality
- Able to get along with others and keep within professional lines
- Willing to learn and eager to grow
Bar Manager Responsibilities
- Bar inventory
- Bartend high volume if the need arises
- Guest Relationship building
- Supervision of staff
