Family Medicine Physician Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary between $185,000 and $245,000

Family Medicine Physician Requirements & Qualifications
- MD or DO medical degree
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine
- Completed Family Medicine residency
- Valid Illinois state medical license with current DEA and BLS certifications
- Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), community health centers, or serving underserved populations
- Ability to provide comprehensive care to both adult and pediatric patients
- Proficient with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish or Polish speaking preferred
Family Medicine Physician Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care for patients of all ages
- Deliver screenings, patient education, and health promotion guidance
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support coordinated, whole-person care
- Review diagnostic and laboratory results and ensure appropriate follow-up
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EMR system
- Participate in provider on-call rotation and clinical initiatives as required
