General Manager
Join a growing, high-volume restaurant group seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations, develop teams, and drive financial performance. This is an opportunity to oversee a fast-paced, guest-focused environment while building a strong culture of hospitality and accountability.
Compensation & Benefits
- $95,000-$105,000 base salary
- 10% bonus potential

- Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
- Manage P&L, labor, and cost controls
- Recruit, train, and develop managers and team members
- Drive guest satisfaction and sales growth
- Ensure excellent execution, food quality, and service standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience
- High-volume restaurant leadership background
- Strong financial and team-development skills
- Proven ability to build culture and deliver results
