Construction Billing Specialist Requirements & Qualifications
- Hands-on FOUNDATION ERP experience required
- Minimum 3 years of construction billing or accounts receivable experience
- Experience with AIA G702/G703 progress billing
- Knowledge of job costing, retainage, change orders, and lien releases
- Experience with AR aging, collections, and account reconciliations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Construction contractor or subcontractor background preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Construction Billing Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prepare and process customer invoices and AIA progress billing applications
- Utilize FOUNDATION ERP to manage project billing and financial records
- Review contracts, purchase orders, job budgets, and change orders
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Track retainage, contract values, and lien releases
- Monitor accounts receivable, collections, and aging reports
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close and accounting reports
