We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead crews on utility-scale solar and civil construction projects throughout Upstate New York. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys operating heavy equipment, working in the field, and leading a crew to get the job done safely and efficiently.
Civil Foreman Comp & Benefits:
- $80,000–$90,000 annual base salary, depending on experience
- Applicable prevailing wage rates on qualifying projects
- Per diem and hotel accommodations when eligible for overnight travel
- Opportunity to work on solar and heavy civil construction projects

Civil Foreman Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of heavy civil construction experience.
- At least 2 years of experience leading construction crews.
- Strong hands-on heavy equipment operating skills.
- Experience with earthwork, grading, drainage, or site development.
- Ability to read civil drawings and grading plans.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Upstate New York with some overnight travel.
