Restaurant General Manager – Up to $80K + Bonuses | Excellent Benefits!

$70,000–$80,000 Base Salary + Quarterly Bonuses + Additional Daily Sales Incentives!
We're seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead a well-established, high-volume restaurant and sports bar in the Chippewa Falls area. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant and bar.
- Oversee front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing management and hourly team.
- Drive sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and cost controls.
- Manage restaurant financial performance, including P&L, food costs, beverage costs, and inventory.
- Develop and execute local store marketing initiatives, happy hour promotions, and special events.
- Maintain outstanding guest experiences, food quality, and service standards.
- Build a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 3–5 years of General Manager or senior leadership experience in a full-service restaurant, sports bar, or high-volume casual dining concept.
- Strong understanding of both food and beverage operations.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage costs, and improve restaurant profitability.
- Experience with local store marketing, promotions, and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on management style with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Comfortable working approximately 55–60 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
