Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 3–5 years of restaurant manager experience and 2+ years of General Manager experience
- Ability to lead our store in all operations, both Front of House and Kitchen, financials, and mentoring a team
- Possess a great leadership personality and can motivate a team
- Treat all employees with dignity and respect
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate staff
- Ensure excellent guest service and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Role model and enforce all brand standards
