Restaurant General Manager
Billings, MT
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager for a fast-casual restaurant. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong financial management skills, experience developing restaurant teams, and the ability to manage all aspects of daily operations.
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000–$65,000 base salary

Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager required
- Fast-casual or quick-service restaurant experience preferred
- Full responsibility for restaurant operations, P&L, sales, and profitability
- Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop Assistant Managers and hourly employees
- Lead a restaurant team of up to 30 employees
- Drive restaurant performance and guest satisfaction
- Maintain food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards
- Implement company initiatives, new systems, and operational procedures
- Strong leadership, communication, accountability, and adaptability
- Local market experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check required
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
