Title: Leasing Agent — Data Center & Industrial Workforce Housing
Location: Brentwood, TN
Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 OTE (Base + Uncapped Quarterly Commission)
Position Overview:
CELEBRITY COACHES, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent for Data Center & Industrial Workforce Housing to lead business development and pipeline building for rural hyperscale data center and industrial construction sites.
Responsibilities:
– Drive B2B prospecting and pipeline building with General Contractors and construction management firms.
– Size and configure modular housing solutions including luxury motorcoaches and specialty sleeper RVs.
– Handle quoting, negotiation, deal execution, and GC relationship management.
Qualifications:
– 3+ years of B2B sales, leasing, business development, or account management in construction, industrial services, workforce housing, or equipment/fleet rental.
– Self-directed builder mentality, proactive outbound hunter, consultative solution seller, and excellent relationship builder.
– High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred; valid Driver's License required.
– Willingness to travel up to 50% nationwide to remote construction sites.
Work Environment:
– Office based in Brentwood, TN with up to 50% domestic travel to active builds and conferences.
