This hybrid opportunity offers exposure to real estate, construction, technology, equipment rental, and other industries. You’ll lead a growing accounting team, partner directly with the Controller, and help improve systems and processes across multiple entities.

What You’ll Do
- Lead multi-entity accounting operations and monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
- Manage and develop Staff and Senior Accountants while overseeing GL and accounting operations.
- Review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, fixed assets, and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to support business decisions.
- Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes.
- Support ERP transitions, acquisition due diligence, integrations, and annual audits.
- Partner with the Controller and cross-functional teams across the organization.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters or CPA preferred.
- At least 3 to 5 years of progressive managerial accounting experience with strong full-cycle accounting knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Ability to solve problems independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing systems.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership approach.
- Management experience, multi-entity accounting experience, and QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
