Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of the Oklahoma City (OKC) restaurant market
- Strong understanding of FOH, BOH, and bar operations
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop management teams
- Strong financial acumen, including labor, inventory, and cost controls
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and mentor managers and team members
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
- Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and financial reporting
