Café Store Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day store operations in a fast-paced environment
- Hire, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Create a positive, energetic, and accountable store culture
- Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining speed and quality
- Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and operational standards
- Monitor sales and key store performance metrics
- Maintain a hands-on, visible leadership presence
Café Store Manager Requirements:
- Previous Store Manager, Café Manager, or General Manager experience
- High-volume coffee, café, QSR, or drive-thru experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-development skills
- Experience managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and store performance
- Strong guest-service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
