A leading gaming and hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to partner with executive leadership and provide meaningful financial and operational insights. Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$115,000 salary

Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced financial and operational analysis.
- Prepare financial forecasts and cash-flow projections.
- Analyze labor and business-performance trends.
- Prepare annual operating and CapEx budgets.
- Identify cost savings, efficiencies and margin opportunities.
- Partner with department leaders to gather and analyze data.
- Prepare and present recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years financial analysis experience preferred.
- 5+ years accounting experience.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools; Tableau preferred.
- Strong financial, operational and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Gaming/hospitality experience preferred.
- CMS, HRIS or Indian Gaming experience is a plus.
