Restaurant Manager | Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a senior restaurant leadership role (General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Director of Operations, or similar)
- Proven success leading restaurants generating $5M+ in annual sales; $8M+ preferred
- Financial management, including inventories, labor, food, beverage, and controllable costs
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and retain high-performance teams
- Deep understanding of upscale dining, beverage programs, and guest relations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with restaurant technology platforms and operational reporting systems
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as require

- Strong background in fine dining, polished casual, or lifestyle-focused hospitality

Restaurant Manager | Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse front- of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Oversee financial performance, including cost controls, and P&L management
- Implement and uphold brand standards, operational procedures, and service excellence throughout the restaurant
- Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor, engaging team members and guests alike
- Drive continuous improvement across operations, guest satisfaction, and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health codes, liquor laws, and corporate policies
- Foster a respectful, inclusive workplace culture grounded in accountability and professional growth
