Construction Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of recruiting experience in construction, skilled trades, or related field-based roles
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with professional communication skills in both languages
- Proven success sourcing and attracting hard-to-find construction and trades talent
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-growing environment
- Comfortable working 100% in-office in San Antonio, with ability to travel occasionally for training and off-site hiring events
Construction Recruiter Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience recruiting in the electrician trade is helpful but not required
- Excellent relationship-building and follow-through abilities
Construction Recruiter Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of skilled trades and construction roles
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline using diverse recruiting channels including job boards, networking, and social media
- Partner with hiring managers to prioritize openings and deliver qualified candidates efficiently
- Conduct candidate outreach and interviews bilingually to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics and meet established hiring goals consistently
