What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in a fast-casual restaurant environment
- 2-3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced environment
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members
- Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage labor, inventory, and operating costs
- Create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented culture
- Ensure an excellent guest experience
- Support sales and profitability goals
- Lead by example and remain actively involved in restaurant operations
- Identify and participate in local events, partnerships, and community initiatives that help increase awareness and strengthen the restaurant's presence
Compensation & Schedule
- Salary: $49,000-$53,000 annually
- Schedule: Approximately 45-50 hours per week
- Full-time management position with a hands-on, operational focus
