Personal Lines Customer Service Representative
Paoli, PA area | Onsite | $48,000–$53,000 base salary
A long-standing independent insurance agency in the Paoli area is hiring a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative. Join a close-knit, supportive team where you can build client relationships and put your personal lines experience to work.
The Role
- Service homeowners, auto, umbrella, and related policies
- Handle client questions, policy changes, billing inquiries, and endorsements
- Quote new business and renewals
- Coordinate with carriers and maintain accurate account records
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license
- 1+ year of personal lines experience, including quoting and renewals
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Applied Epic or PL Rating experience preferred
- Independent agency experience preferred; captive agency and carrier backgrounds considered
Compensation & Benefits
- $48,000–$53,000 annual base salary, based on experience
