Restaurant General Manager
Dallas, TX
An upscale, chef-driven restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy operation with exceptional hospitality, strong financial performance, and a positive team culture. We are looking for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, builds lasting guest relationships, and partners closely with culinary leadership. This is not a “fix it” role. This is to continue to refine and “push the envelope role”.

Requirements/Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in an upscale, chef-driven high-volume restaurant.
- Proven experience leading a restaurant generating $7 million or more in annual revenue.
- Strong understanding of upscale dining service standards and guest expectations.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis, forecasting, labor management, purchasing, and inventory controls.
- Strong beverage knowledge across wine, spirits, cocktails, and beer.
- Demonstrated success recruiting, developing, and retaining large management and service teams.
- Exceptional communication, guest engagement, and service recovery skills.
- Ability to maintain operational standards, accurate administrative reporting, and compliance with health and alcohol service requirements.
- Collaborative leadership style, a team coach, leader not a boss.

- Level One Sommelier certification preferred.
