$75,000 to $90,000 Base + Bonus and incentives + Car/Phone Allowance
We are looking for an experienced quick-service restaurant leader to oversee five locations in the Charlotte market. This is a hands-on multi-unit role with a strong focus on developing General Managers, improving restaurant performance, and growing sales.
These restaurants have significant opportunity for growth, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys taking ownership of a market, developing people, and improving operations.
Area Leader Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
• $75,000 to $90,000
• VERY STRONG average Bonus Program that actually pays – up to $20k annually

Qualifications and Responsabilities
• Stable work history with no more than 3 employers in the past 5 years
• 1+ year of multi-unit leadership experience in drive-thru QSR
• Experience developing and holding General Managers accountable
• Strong understanding of labor, food cost, budgeting, forecasting, and restaurant profitability
• Experience improving sales and operational performance, including underperforming locations
• Lead and support multiple restaurants and their General Managers
• Maintain strong operational, service, and food-quality standards
• Hands-on leadership style with regular presence in the restaurants
• Ability to travel throughout the Charlotte market
