A growing security technology company is seeking an Sales Specialist to join their expanding team. Benefits & Compensation
- Base salary of $65,000–$75,000 plus uncapped commission
- First-year on-target earnings around $100,000+ with residual commission potential

Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven track record as a hunter who thrives on creating new business
- Comfortable making outbound calls and developing relationships from scratch
- Strong communication skills on phone and virtual meetings
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial setting
- Coachable and willing to learn complex product offerings
- Experience selling to multiple organizational levels
- Interest in building a long-term career rather than a short-term position
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience selling security technology, software, surveillance, access control, capital equipment, or other complex B2B solutions
- Sells to schools, universities, healthcare, commercial facilities, or large organizations
- Familiarity with security and technology markets
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Prospect for and develop new business opportunities, focusing on schools, hospitals, stadiums, and large organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with security, facilities, operations, and executive decision makers
- Manage full sales cycle from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Conduct virtual and in-person customer meetings and product demonstrations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sale to implementation
- Identify and pursue larger multi-location strategic accounts
- Represent the company professionally and own your territory with autonomy
