This growing fast-casual restaurant is preparing to open a new restaurant in the Los Angeles area and is seeking a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to build the team, culture, and community relationships from the ground up. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the restaurant through its opening and beyond, with full ownership of daily operations and guest experience.

- Competitive base salary of $75,000–$85,000, plus performance bonus

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of Restaurant General Manager experience
- Previous restaurant opening experience or strong eagerness to lead a first opening
- Ability to remain composed and decisive during busy service
- Strong communication skills with clear follow-through
Restaurant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train the opening team
- Build schedules, service routines, and daily operating systems in preparation for the restaurant launch
- Lead the front of house during service to ensure a smooth guest experience and maintain service standards
- Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable while fostering a positive culture
- Oversee labor management, inventory ordering, daily reporting, and general operations
- Cultivate strong relationships within the local community to support the restaurant’s growth
