This role is for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, quickly assesses operational needs, is passionate about developing teams and driving business performance, and has aspirations to grow in their career.

Multi-Unit Regional Restaurant Manager Qualities and Responsibilities
- 5+ years as a GM ready to take on a multi-unit role – fast-casual/quick service restaurants only
- Drive excellence and lead teams
- A coach mentality – the ability to lead, mentor, and develop your people
- New restaurant opening experience is a plus
- Desire to work hands-on with the team during service – this is not a desk job
- Strong communication skills with zero ego
- MUST speak Spanish and English fluently
- Flexibility with scheduling – will be working Friday and Saturday nights
- Experience with high-volume to-go programs and catering
