We are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead multiple high-volume hospitality venues in Nashville. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing a diverse mix of upscale dining, high-volume restaurant/bar, live entertainment, and nightlife operations.
The ideal candidate brings strong multi-unit leadership, financial discipline, and the ability to develop General Managers while maintaining exceptional standards across very different operating environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop General Managers across multiple locations.
- Drive operational performance, accountability, and consistent standards.
- Oversee P&L performance, including sales, labor, COGS, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Improve profitability and operating efficiency.
- Recruit, coach, and develop strong leadership teams.
- Maintain a visible presence across venues, particularly during peak periods.
- Partner across culinary, events, entertainment, nightlife, and security.
- Support new openings and continued market growth.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive multi-unit restaurant or hospitality leadership.
- Proven experience directly leading General Managers.
- Strong high-volume restaurant operations background.
- Experience with upscale/fine dining and high-volume entertainment or nightlife concepts strongly preferred.
- Multi-location P&L ownership and strong financial acumen.
- Track record of developing leaders and improving operating performance.
- Experience with complex, multi-revenue-stream hospitality operations.
- Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with senior leadership and ownership.
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
