Are you a licensed Life & Health Insurance professional who enjoys building relationships but wants to spend less time prospecting for new business?
We’re partnering with an established insurance organization seeking a motivated Licensed Insurance Account Manager to manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients throughout New Jersey.
No cold calling. No starting from scratch. You'll step into an established book of business, develop meaningful client relationships, and earn additional income by identifying opportunities to better serve your clients.

What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and strengthen relationships with an established portfolio of clients
- Conduct annual insurance and benefits reviews
- Educate clients on life, health, disability, critical illness, and supplemental insurance options
- Identify additional coverage needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual client meetings
- Build long-term relationships that drive client retention and account growth
What We're Looking For
- Active New Jersey Life & Health Insurance License — Required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Self-motivated professional comfortable managing an existing client portfolio
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for client appointments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Background in insurance sales, account management, benefits enrollment, or financial services preferred
Experience with supplemental insurance, voluntary benefits, employee benefits, Medicare, or related insurance products is a plus.
