Quick Service Restaurant General Manager
Charlotte, NC
$55,000 to $65,000 Base + Bonus and Incentives
We are looking for an experienced quick-service Restaurant General Manager to lead a Charlotte-area location. This is a hands-on leadership role with ownership of the restaurant's people, operations, guest experience, and financial performance.
This is a strong opportunity for a GM who enjoys developing people, improving restaurant performance, and being actively involved in the day-to-day operation.
General Manager Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
• $55,000 to $65,000
• VERY STRONG bonus program that actually pays, up to $11,700 annually

Qualifications and Responsibilities
• Stable work history with no more than 3 employers in the past 5 years
• Restaurant management experience in drive-thru QSR
• Lead, coach, develop, and hold restaurant managers and team members accountable
• Manage sales, labor, food cost, inventory, staffing, scheduling, and restaurant profitability
• Maintain strong food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and guest-experience standards
• Experience improving restaurant sales and operational performance
• Hands-on leadership style with a strong presence in the restaurant
• Strong people-development, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working within established operating systems and performance standards
