This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability.
Architectural Market Leader – Mixed Use Benefits and Compensation
- Hybrid position
- Base salary of $150-180k+ commission

- Ownership of the business development strategy for the local area.
- Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Architectural Market Leader – Mixed Use Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
- Proven track record of mixed use business development
- Licensed architect in any state
