Our client is a National integrated architecture, design, and strategy firm looking for an Architectural Practice Strategy Leader – workplace to drive and oversee their company strategy for their workplace client division. This includes developing and implementing market growth strategies that capture market share, optimize existing client relationships, and maximize the firm’s profitability.

- Fully remote position
- Base salary of $150-190k + commission

Architectural Practice Strategy Leader – Workplace Responsibilities
- Ownership of the business development strategy for the workplace division.
- Implement the Workplace business development to drive business
- Capture market share while maximizing current client relationships.
- Represent the organization nationally as a thought leader in workplace design.
- Have a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to win.
- Collaborate throughout the firm to increase capabilities while maximizing productivity.
- Develop pricing strategies that optimize organizational profitability.
Architectural Practice Strategy Leader – Workplace Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 5+ years of business development experience for an architectural design firm
- Must have workplace project experience
- 5+ years of management and full P&L experience
- 2+ years of experience with the development of workplace design projects
