Dual Hotel Assistant General Manager
Are you ready to help lead two hotels and take the next step toward a General Manager role? We’re seeking a hands-on Assistant General Manager to partner with a Dual General Manager in overseeing two limited-service properties.
You’ll be visible in daily operations, support department leaders, resolve guest concerns, and help both teams deliver consistent service. You’ll also contribute to sales efforts, labor management, and financial performance. This is a strong opportunity for a hotel leader who enjoys developing people and wants broader operational responsibility.
What you’ll do
- Support daily operations and guest satisfaction at both properties
- Coach team members and help maintain brand and service standards
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and labor controls
- Work with the Dual GM on occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and local sales opportunities
- Help monitor budgets, expenses, guest feedback, and operational results
- Support food and beverage operations where applicable
What we’re looking for
- Hotel leadership experience, ideally as an Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or department head
- Experience in limited-service or select-service hotels
- A hands-on approach to guest service and team leadership
- Comfort working with hotel performance metrics, PMS systems, and brand standards
- Food and beverage exposure is a plus
