Restaurant Manager – High-Volume Casual Dining Restaurant
We’re working with an established restaurant operator in the Myrtle Beach area that is looking to add a strong Restaurant Manager to their leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is looking to grow with a successful organization backed by strong systems, training, and operational support.

Responsibilities:
- Support daily restaurant operations and ensure consistent execution of company standards
- Lead and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house team members
- Coach, develop, and mentor hourly employees to build a strong team culture
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards
- Assist with managing labor, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability
- Ensure smooth and efficient shifts in a high-volume environment
- Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and retention efforts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming restaurant environment
- Partner with the General Manager and leadership team to achieve operational goals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of restaurant management experience
- Experience in high-volume casual dining preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, and cost controls
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
