Geotechnical Construction Project Manager Requirements:
- 3+ years of current experience as a titled Project Manager for a Geotechnical Construction company
- Experience managing all phases of construction projects
- Experience with project planning and coordination
- Experience with estimating project costs
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam Revu, and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Procore, Buildertrend, or similar platform
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, geotechnical reports, specifications, and contract documents
- Working knowledge of construction cost estimating, CPM scheduling, and budget management

Geotechnical Construction Project Manager Preferred Skills and Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Heavy civil experience
- Familiarity with FDOT project delivery, DOT specifications, and public agency contracting processes
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and compliance within the construction sector
