Restaurant Manager Requirements and Qualifications
- 2+ years of FOH restaurant management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Experience in developing and coaching the team
- Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members
- Strong understanding of scheduling, labor, food safety, cost controls, and restaurant operations
Restaurant Manager Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in casual dining, sports bar, or other high-volume restaurant concepts
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong floor presence and ability to support the kitchen when needed
- Track record of improving guest satisfaction, team performance, and operational consistency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with an ownership and accountability mindset
