Seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our busy, multi-unit, café-style concept. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about guest service and team development.
Restaurant Supervisor Requirements
- 1–3 years of leadership experience in a fast-casual, café, ice cream, or food service environment
- Strong guest-first mindset with an outgoing, friendly personality and the ability to build regular customers
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to take direction while confidently leading a team
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
